APAN /ESnet/Internet2 technical meeting, known as Techs in Paradise (TIP2013) in Hawaii, USA.

 Mr. Adib M. Monzer Habbal has been selected as a Fellow to attend the Winter 2013. The TIP2013 is a set of advanced networking meetings that hosted at the East-West Center on the University of Hawaii campus in Honolulu, Hawaii. This event combined the 35thconference of Asia Pacific Advanced Network (APAN) and the winter 2013 Internet2/ESNet Joint Techs meeting. By bringing these meetings together into one location approximately once in 5 years, the TIP2013 provides a rare opportunity to bring together the North American and Asia-Pacific advanced networking communities for a week of meetings, workshops, collaboration, conversation and fellowship. The specific aim of TIP2013 is bridging discussions between the Next Generation Internet engineers and architects from the East and west.

This year, around 480 of the world's leading Internet engineers, architects and researchers assemble at TIP2013. Mr. Adib has been selected by APAN in addition to fourteen researchers out of these 480 to receive the APAN Fellowship Award . Beside APAN,Internet2 has invited Adib to participate as a speaker in this world leading event.
